Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirements for serving or handling alcohol per local laws
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- able to lift and carry trays of drinks up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to read and understand drink orders
- maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
- thrive in a busy, noisy environment with distractions
- able to reach, bend, stoop, and wipe surfaces as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced food or beverage service environment is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- friendly and energetic personality
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and company policies
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Job Duties
- deliver a wide array of beverages efficiently to complement food and entertainment offerings
- keep the supervising bartender or manager informed of any drink order issues, delays or special requests
- ensure timely and correct delivery of drinks to guest tables while managing multiple orders
- approach drink delivery with a friendly and energetic demeanor, acknowledging guests upon arrival
- assist guests with drink-related needs or questions and direct them appropriately
- maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient movement
- alert bartender or manager to guests dissatisfied with drinks or service
