Job Requirements
- Be at least the minimum legal age to serve or handle alcoholic beverages
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to understand and read drink orders accurately
- Must comply with all company policies and legal regulations regarding alcohol handling
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service guidelines
- Basic math skills for handling orders and transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver beverage orders to guest tables swiftly and accurately
- Communicate with bartenders and managers about order status and special requests
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor when interacting with guests
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area and bar supplies
- Assist with stocking and preparing bar materials
- Monitor guest satisfaction and report any issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
