- proficiency in reading and writing in English
- basic knowledge of drink preparation and garnishing
- willingness to adhere to company policies and dress code
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and notify management when necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections as needed
- assist in clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing
- check back with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction
- maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and preparation
- work efficiently following the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and set up or tear down station tables
- maintain favorable relationships with team members to promote a cooperative and productive work climate
- effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen and respond accurately to guest orders and needs
- follow dress code standards and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance at all times
- be at least 18 years old
