Job Requirements
- work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in effectively communicating with guests
- willing to work flexible days, nights, and weekends
- able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and move about for extended periods
- familiar with sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
Job Duties
- delivers non-alcoholic drinks to guests in a timely manner
- keeps service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for use
- assists in bussing and resetting tables
- supports other team members as needed or as business dictates
- communicates effectively with guests to enhance their experience
- adheres to company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- maintains a thorough understanding of menu items to answer guest questions
