Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation and garnishing
- Ability to follow sanitation and alcohol safety procedures
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions or suggest alternatives
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness protocols to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and report concerning behavior to a manager
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered to designated tables and restaurant sections
- Assist in clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables and restock supplies for shift change or close
- Check back with guests after drink delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
- Work efficiently following the 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
- Assist other team members as needed
- Keep service stations clean and set up or take down station tables
- Maintain positive working relationships with team to promote morale, productivity, and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm for the Dave & Buster's experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen carefully to guests’ orders and communicate with guests and team verbally
- Follow proper dress code and maintain professional appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
