Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and communicate in English
- willing to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- ability to read and write handwritten notes

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
- assess guest demeanor and notify management when necessary
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to tables and other sections
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables and restocking supplies
- check back with guests after delivery and respond to their needs promptly
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
- work efficiently with a full hands in, full hands out approach
- assist other team members as needed
- keep station clean and properly set up or taken down
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote cooperation and high morale
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- read and communicate in English
- listen carefully to guest orders and communicate them verbally and with team members
- adhere to proper dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
- be at least 18 years of age
