- skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- knowledgeable about menu items and able to answer questions regarding food and drink items
- able to work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- able to maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables and other sections as needed
