Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Ensure all drinks are properly garnished and deliver trays to designated tables as needed
- Assist in clearing away dishes and glassware and refilling beverages as needed
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables, restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Check back after delivery of drinks and respond to guest needs in a timely manner
- Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately
- Maintain favorable working relationships with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency
- Effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Read and communicate in English
- Listen to hear guests' orders and needs, and communicate with guests verbally and with other team members
- Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
