Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Ability to engage customers and provide excellent service
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Familiarity with alcohol safety regulations and compliant service
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in mixology bartending or beverage service
- Knowledge of wine beer and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic inventory management skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service

Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
