Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Passion for mixology and extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in beverage preparation and service preferred
- Knowledge of local state and federal alcohol service regulations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
