Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Experience in a bar or beverage service role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
Job Duties
- Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies, reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, bar tools, and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
