Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in mixology or bartending preferred
- strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages especially wine and cocktails
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to recommend drink pairings based on guests' tastes and menu items

Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
