Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant beverage service role
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage pairing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
- Ability to comply with alcohol service laws and regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in beverage preparation and service preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Basic understanding of health safety and sanitation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
