Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and operate for long periods
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in restaurant or bar setting preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in mixology or beverage preparation
  • Knowledge of wine beer and cocktail varieties
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
  • Familiarity with local alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
  • Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
  • Adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
  • Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
