Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local laws
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a bartending or beverage preparation role preferred

Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, bar tools, and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
