Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bartending or similar role preferred
- knowledge of safe alcohol service laws
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
- maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- adhere to all local state and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
