Job Duties
- craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine beer cocktails and specialty drinks adhering to recipes and quality standards
- engage with guests to understand preferences and recommend drink pairings
- maintain a clean organized and stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition
- adhere to all local state and federal alcohol service regulations
- assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of glassware bar tools and guest touchpoints within the beverage area
