Job Duties
- Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
- Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, bar tools, and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
