Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 12-hour shifts 21 days on and 14 days off
- Proficient in MS Office
- This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to remain in seated stationary position for long periods
- Ability to walk around office to use equipment as needed
- Light lifting up to 20 pounds as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products equipment and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize living quarters including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens and common areas
- Dust and polish furniture fixtures and fittings
- Vacuum sweep mop and polish floors
- Change and launder bed linens and towels
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely manner
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
