Job Requirements

  • ability to talk, hear, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, sit and move freely throughout scheduled shift
  • ability to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 60 pounds occasionally with assistance
  • must wear required personal protective equipment while performing job duties
  • specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • must be able to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • at least 3 months of related experience preferred
  • ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential information
  • ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • create a welcoming environment for guests by ensuring the dining room is clean and tables are properly set
  • clear discarded debris and used tableware from tables throughout service and clean tables after guests depart
  • sweep floors to clear debris
  • take all dirty dishes to dish tank
  • greet guests with friendly acknowledgement and attend to guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously
  • maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment
  • maintain knowledge of the venue including menu items, beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
