Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Experience in camping teaching or a related field
- Supervisory experience highly preferred
- Passion for working with and mentoring children
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and guide fellow staff members
- Specialized skills and ability to teach these skills to campers
- Ability to create and implement daily lesson plans and special programs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and desire to create an inclusive welcoming camp environment

Job Duties
- Direct two age-appropriate theatrical productions including casting blocking staging and performance preparation
- Plan and lead engaging rehearsals balancing structure creativity and fun
- Create an inclusive supportive environment for campers of all experience levels
- Incorporate camp values traditions and community-building into rehearsals and performances
- Collaborate with Unit Heads counselors and camp leadership to coordinate schedules and camper support
- Support needs related to scripts costumes props and set pieces in partnership with camp leadership
- Clearly communicate expectations and directions to campers in an age-appropriate and encouraging way
