Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
  • ability to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift
  • requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • schedule flexibility
  • basic math and critical thinking skills for following prep work and recipe needs
  • ability to safely work throughout a shift including walking, standing, bending, and lifting supplies up to 40lbs

Job Duties

  • Setting up your station and successfully tackling your daily prep list
  • receiving goods from our vendors and ensuring all products meet our high standards
  • assisting kitchen stations and delivering beautifully prepped items to the line when needed
  • maintaining a tidy, organized, and sanitized workspace, including all culinary and food storage areas
  • practicing exceptional cooking techniques
  • preparing the kitchen for top-notch service by following prep lists, organizing ingredients, and adhering to portion guidelines
  • collaborating with team members to complete service in a positive, respectful environment
