Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant bartender training certificate
- 1-3 years of bartending experience in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- basic math skills
- fluency in English
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal preferred
- ability to provide legible communication and directions
- compute basic arithmetic
- proven working experience as a bartender
- relevant training certificate
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
Job Duties
- making a variety of drinks including mimosas, craft cocktails, and espresso drinks
- creating a warm, friendly, and laidback atmosphere for guests
- learning and mastering steps of service, products, menu, and operational systems
- collaborating with team members to keep the bar and restaurant tidy and running smoothly
- restocking and prepping the bar as needed
- communicating customer feedback to bar and restaurant managers
- working with hotel staff to promote exclusive offers and promotions to overnight guests
