Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment and to work the line during service periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests
Job Qualifications
- Must have extensive knowledge of diverse types of beer, wine, and liquor, and know how to mix a variety of specialty cocktails
- Two years bartending experience required combined with food and beverage service experience
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food cost, inventory management, and purchasing
- Must be able to perform effectively as a team player
- Must be organized and self-motivated
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and consistency
- Maintain a spotless and organized bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are properly stocked
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, making personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting to keep service smooth
- Communicate with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience
