Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet residents and guests making eye contact
  • Monitor the lobby and handle incoming calls and resident requests
  • Receive, sign for, and deliver packages and food efficiently
  • Facilitate contractor, realtor, potential homebuyer, and renter arrivals and departures
  • Communicate effectively with team members, property management, residents, and guests
  • Enforce property rules and regulations
  • Follow property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
