Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a guest-service related field preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Current Food Handler's Permit required
- Prior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
- Compliance with all food safety procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals safety standards
- Good organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
- Ability to adjust staffing levels
- Ability to handle dissatisfied guests professionally
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Act as a representative of Megaplex at all times in attitude, demeanor, and willingness to provide quality guest service
- Enforce all company policies, standards and procedures
- Ensure that employees adhere to the proper uniform and appearance standards
- Ensure that all guests are receiving excellent service
- Resolve complaints from guests in a polite, friendly manner
- Promote cooperative effort, positive team spirit, and good morale amongst employees
- Supervise and manage employees, including performing corrective actions and evaluations
