Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a production/manufacturing environment or related field is a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs) is beneficial

Job Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment used in food production such as conveyors and packaging machines
- Monitor and control the flow of raw materials through various stages of production
- Conduct visual inspections of food products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Report any product defects or irregularities to supervisors
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain product integrity and safety
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records and inventory logs
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures, food handling regulations, and company policies
