- Prior janitorial experience preferred but not required
- must have Clark County Food Handler's Card
- legally able to work within state and federal guidelines

- legally able to work within state and federal guidelines
Job Duties
- Sweep vacuum mop wash and clean all debris from counters display cases and floors
- clean prep areas walls and storage racks
- pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle
- clean drains dishwashing machines ovens walk-in coolers fryers and other equipment as required
- cleanse restrooms with approved chemicals empty trash
- comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- perform additional tasks as requested by management and as needed to successfully run the shop
