Job Duties
- Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings
- Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts
- Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste
- Maintain sanitation standards within the production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment
- Follow Krispy Kreme's original recipe and quality standards in all doughnut preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shop operation
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations
