Job Duties
- prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production including brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings
- accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts
- record keeping of times and temperatures of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste
- maintain sanitation standards in the production area to ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment
