Job Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or state certification
- Must be punctual and able to work opening shifts starting at 4:00 a.m.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation
- Willingness to assist with varied duties such as cleaning and waste management
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for full shifts
- Must have or be willing to obtain Serv Safe or state certification
- Knowledge or training in kitchen emergencies including First Aid, CPR, and fire response
Job Duties
- Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparing, frying, and decorating
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient fryer operations and manage ingredient inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Assist with additional duties such as sweeping, washing dishes, and garbage management
