Job Requirements
- 1+ year of months of pastry or baking experience preferred
- Must have a Clark County Food Handler's Card
- Must be legally authorized to work per state and federal guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
- A positive attitude and ability to stay focused during high-volume production

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and directions to create delicious doughnuts
- Accurately weigh ingredients and measure liquids
- Prepare, cut, and fry doughnuts
- Safely operate fryers, ovens, and bakery equipment
- Prepare dough, glaze, icing, fillings, and other tasty components
- Store dough and doughnuts properly to maintain freshness and quality
- Follow portion controls and par levels to support production flow
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
- Track and record proper times and temperatures for products prepared
- Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate supply needs
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Jump in on additional tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
