Job Requirements
- Prior pastry experience required
- Must have Clark County Food Handler's Card or required regional work cards
- Legally able to work within state and federal guidelines

Job Duties
- Follow product recipes and decorating requirements
- Inspect all products and remove misshapen/imperfect doughnuts and baked goods
- Properly apply filling, icings, and toppings
- Follow portioning controls and par levels
- Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
- Maintain awareness of inventory
- Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management and as needed to successfully run the shop
