Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED minimum required
- must be at least 18 years old
- food handlers and TABC certification required
- capable of following recipes and performing repetitive, structured tasks
- able to perform strenuous dough kneading movements
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds
- willingness to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain inventory levels of fresh dough on a daily basis based on estimated daily usage
- properly maintain and clean dough rolling area and equipment
- perform strenuous dough kneading movements and repetitive structured tasks with hands, wrists and arms
- mix dough according to specific recipes ensuring proper mixing techniques and ingredient ratios
- use a dough roller or sheeter to flatten and shape dough into desired sizes and thicknesses for pizza bases
- maintain cleanliness of the dough rolling area and equipment including washing and sanitizing utensils and machinery
- assist with other crew members' duties including taking customer orders, preparing toppings, and cleaning up the restaurant
