Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED minimum required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • food handlers and TABC certification required
  • capable of following recipes and performing repetitive, structured tasks
  • able to perform strenuous dough kneading movements
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain inventory levels of fresh dough on a daily basis based on estimated daily usage
  • properly maintain and clean dough rolling area and equipment
  • perform strenuous dough kneading movements and repetitive structured tasks with hands, wrists and arms
  • mix dough according to specific recipes ensuring proper mixing techniques and ingredient ratios
  • use a dough roller or sheeter to flatten and shape dough into desired sizes and thicknesses for pizza bases
  • maintain cleanliness of the dough rolling area and equipment including washing and sanitizing utensils and machinery
  • assist with other crew members' duties including taking customer orders, preparing toppings, and cleaning up the restaurant
