- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior convention, event, or catering sales experience preferred
- Creative thinker with food, beverage, and event knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license for applicable state
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, organize, and present professionally

Job Duties
- Manage food and beverage sales goals and exceed client satisfaction targets
- Conduct property tours and lead client relationship-building activities
- Plan and execute flawless catering and convention events
- Monitor industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Director of Sales and Catering teams to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the hotel at community and promotional events
- Handle last-minute event changes and client requests professionally
