Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years working in full service, high volume restaurant or banquet kitchen
- ability to manage and resolve complex workplace challenges independently
- leadership experience in coaching and mentoring culinary staff
- strong communication and active listening skills
- commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
- availability to work overtime as an overtime eligible manager
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant or banquet kitchen
- proven leadership abilities in managing and coaching culinary teams
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
- excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
- experience in menu development and banquet food presentation design
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and team members with positive energy and professionalism

- lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve culinary and service excellence
- manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs efficiently

- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
