Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 4 years working in full service, high volume restaurant or banquet kitchen
  • ability to manage and resolve complex workplace challenges independently
  • leadership experience in coaching and mentoring culinary staff
  • strong communication and active listening skills
  • commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
  • availability to work overtime as an overtime eligible manager

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant or banquet kitchen
  • proven leadership abilities in managing and coaching culinary teams
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure
  • excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
  • experience in menu development and banquet food presentation design

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and team members with positive energy and professionalism
  • uphold Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  • lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve culinary and service excellence
  • manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs efficiently

  • maintain strict sanitation and organization standards in the kitchen
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
