Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed
  • Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties

  • Greet, seat, and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Maintain a sharp appearance with uniform and nametag
  • Ensure safety by following all operational rules and protocols
  • Manage reservations, tables, and orders efficiently
  • Assist cashier with payment processing and tip calculation
  • Participate in training sessions and take on new tasks as needed
  • Demonstrate teamwork and reliability in all duties
