Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out, including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Juggle multiple tables efficiently, maintain a clean and organized service area, and remain calm under pressure
- Handle payment transactions accurately, close checks confidently, and follow all company and security protocols
- Keep the service area spotless and safe by adhering to hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Maintain physical stamina to stay energetic and able to move throughout the shift
