Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certification in food handling, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid required
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen ensuring team members complete tasks correctly
  • Manage food and beverage operations including stocking supplies and supporting service
  • Enforce safety protocols by handling lost items carefully and managing access to sensitive areas
  • Maintain sanitation standards by keeping all surfaces, tools, and spaces clean and up to code
  • Monitor kitchen staff performance and provide leadership during evening and closing shifts
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to avoid shortages
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain efficiency and food quality
