Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Comply with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification if applicable
  • Availability for evening to close shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in kitchen operations or related field
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings to close

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Manage food and beverage supplies and support service efforts
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage access to restricted areas
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation to meet health standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate tasks
  • Handle lost items responsibly
  • Support compliance with all regulatory requirements
