Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations
- Minimum one year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations
- Availability for evening to close shifts
Job Qualifications

- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Monitor compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and oversee training and development
- Resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain smooth kitchen workflow
