Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, cpr, and first aid

Job Duties

  • greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations and VIP requests ensuring all guests feel valued
  • track operational logs and manage incoming messages and packages efficiently
  • monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • build and lead a communicative and effective front desk team
  • train new front desk associates to maintain high service standards
  • address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly while upholding safety and quality standards
