Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations and VIP requests to ensure exceptional guest service
  • track daily logs and oversee management of messages and packages
  • monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • build and lead a cohesive front desk team, train new staff members
  • address guest concerns and workplace issues efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards
