Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours

- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- proficiency in hospitality software systems

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and customer inquiries
- maintain operational logs, handle messages and packages efficiently
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue goals
- lead and train front desk team members
- resolve guest complaints and workplace issues with professionalism
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
