Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • proficiency in hospitality software systems
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid certifications helpful

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and customer inquiries
  • maintain operational logs, handle messages and packages efficiently
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue goals
  • lead and train front desk team members
  • resolve guest complaints and workplace issues with professionalism
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
