Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience
  • Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
  • Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining best course of action
  • Strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns and conveys ideas and solutions effectively

  • Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
