Job Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in food and beverage customer service including cash handling
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a friendly and customer-focused approach
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
- Previous barista experience is a major plus
- Friendly and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to requests with a sense of urgency and genuine warmth
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity and manage deposits
- Excel at pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
- Represent the hotel professionally while maintaining appearance and customer interaction standards
- Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently
