Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months of experience in food and beverage customer service including cash handling
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a friendly and customer-focused approach
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
  • Previous barista experience is a major plus
  • Friendly and customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
  • Respond to requests with a sense of urgency and genuine warmth
  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity and manage deposits
  • Excel at pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
  • Represent the hotel professionally while maintaining appearance and customer interaction standards
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently
