Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Alcohol Awareness Certification compliant with state regulations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events ensuring all details match Banquet Event Orders
- Maintain standards in appearance, service, and safety while enforcing policy and liquor laws
- Rally the team, assign tasks, conduct pre-event huddles, and train new recruits
- Liaise between sales, catering, and guests to resolve problems and handle complaints
- Manage schedules, wage reports, inventory, and oversee beverage service while handling checks, paperwork, and cash
- Assist with audio/visual setups, attend meetings, assist in various tasks, manage lost and found, and maintain security
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times
