Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Possess current American Red Cross Certifications in Lifeguard and First Aid
- Possess current American Red Cross Certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- Possess current American Red Cross Certification in AED and Oxygen Administration
- Ability to work in warm, humid environments and be immersed in water for extended periods
- Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Job Qualifications

- College degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising employees
- Current American Red Cross Certifications in Lifeguard and First Aid
- Current American Red Cross Certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- Current American Red Cross Certification in AED and Oxygen Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent people management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
Job Duties
- Lead the management team in their areas of focus as needed
- Encourage career advancement for team members
- Maintain an efficient and cooperative atmosphere among team members
- Develop, implement, and monitor water park operation schedules
- Recruit, hire, train, and maintain team members with coordination with Human Resources
- Anticipate turnover to maintain proper staffing levels
- Create and initiate team member incentive programs
- Enforce safety, emergency, and operational procedures
- Administer and coordinate emergency first aid and document incidents
- Motivate team members to achieve extraordinary goals and manage performance
- Instruct Red Cross Lifeguard training and assist with in-service trainings
