Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum one year in related field performing similar job tasks
  • U.S. citizen with a US passport or valid REAL ID
  • able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • able to follow detailed orders, instructions, and training materials
  • valid driver’s license and able to operate a motor vehicle
  • effective verbal and electronic communication skills
  • excellent customer service and teamwork
  • able to lift, sit, stand, walk, and lift 30 lbs unassisted
  • pass a background check
  • pass a physical examination
  • schedule Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
  • excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted

Job Duties

  • Wash, dry, fold, and bundle linens for room issue
  • inspect linens for serviceability and separate as needed
  • evaluate internal processes for efficiency and make suggestions to management
  • conduct linen inventories as required
  • maintain interior and exterior facility appearance as needed
  • relocate linens and items between dorms and other locations as needed
  • restock dorms with fresh linens from the laundry as directed
  • monitor and maintain trash between both dormitories daily
  • wash, sweep, fuel, and maintain the overall appearance of vehicles
  • identify and report any machine failures to management
  • perform general repair and beautification tasks as needed
  • assist with other dormitory-related duties as assigned
