Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year experience in related field performing similar job tasks
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to follow detailed orders, instructions and training materials
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
- Must exhibit excellent customer service and teamwork
- Must be able to squat, lift, push and pull 30 lbs unassisted
- Pass a background check and physical examination
- Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm with weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Pull bed linens and make beds
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors
- Dust and polish equipment, furniture and fixtures
- Stock supplies and remove trash
- Clean and sanitize showers, restrooms, walls and door frames
- Monitor room furniture, info binders and surfaces for needed repair or replacement
- Inspect linens for serviceability and separate as needed
- Evaluate internal processes for efficiency and make suggestions to management
- Conduct linen inventories as required
- Assist with other dormitory related duties as assigned
